Every product page includes a link to our size chart, which provides detailed measurements to help you choose the right fit. However, since everybody is unique, personal preferences and differences may need to be taken into account.

If you’re waiting for a sold-out item to come back in stock, here’s how you can stay updated:
Sign up for restock notifications: On the product page of the item you want, look for the button labeled "Notify me when back in stock". This way, you’ll receive an email notification not only when the item is restocked, but also if we receive any returns of the item.
Contact us: If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to email us at [email protected]. We’ll be happy to help and can also provide information on any planned restocks.

Returns & Exchange
We happily accept returns within 14 days after the delivery date.
We only ask that the following requirements be met:
1. Item/s must be in original condition with returns tag and/or hygiene seal remaining in place.
2. Items must not be worn, altered, or have stains from make-up, deodorant, sweat, or any other substance on them.
3. We do NOT accept returns of cosmetic products.
4. We only accept returns from beach towels if they are still sealed in the plastic bag it was provided in.

Yes, you can return items from different orders together if they are all within 14 days of delivery:
1.Ensure your items meet our return policy.
2. Complete the Return Forms for all orders you are returning and include them in the return parcel; missing forms may result in your return being rejected.
3. Register both of the orders in our return portal and get your return label/ shipping instructions.

No, unfortunately, we can not change your order to exchange items.
If you have already received the items, please place a new order for the desired items and return the items you don't want to keep.
This depends on when your order arrives at our warehouse. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.
General Information
A Bayu The Label gift card is the perfect gift for your friend or loved one. Our gift cards come in different values, with no expiration date.
You can have the gift card shipped to you, or if you prefer, we can send it directly to your loved one’s address for added convenience.

At Bayu The Label, we stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee that they meet the specifications outlined in each offer. We are committed to ensuring that every item is free from defects.
However, please note that our warranty does not extend to products discounted by 50% or more. Should you encounter any issues, we kindly ask that you report them to us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
To protect the longevity of your swimwear, we recommend avoiding exposure to chlorine, harsh chemicals, sunscreen, deodorant, makeup, or hair products, as these may compromise the fabric. Additionally, any repairs or alterations made without our consent will unfortunately void the warranty.

At Bayu The Label, we want to make your shopping experience as seamless and convenient as possible. That's why we offer a variety of payment options, including Amex, Apple Pay, iDeal, Klarna, credit cards, and PayPal.
If you prefer, you can also pay via bank transfer. Just keep in mind that your order will be shipped once we’ve received the payment.
For those using Klarna, you’ll have the flexibility to pay within 14 days of receiving your order, giving you a little extra time to enjoy your new pieces before completing payment.

Shipping
At Bayu The Label, we want to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Shipping costs are based on your destination and order value, and they’ll be automatically calculated at checkout after you enter your shipping address. For some locations, express shipping will also be available as an option.
Netherlands:
- Mailbox shipping: €1
- Parcel shipping: up to €4
- Postal point pickup: available upon request
European Countries:
- Standard postal shipping (if available): €3 to €8, with an estimated delivery time of 6 working days
- Express shipping: €9 to €15, depending on your country, with delivery in just 1–3 days
Non-European Countries:
- We offer express shipping only, with costs ranging from €5 to €40, depending on the destination and order value. Delivery usually takes 2 to 6 working days.
The higher your order value, the lower your shipping costs! If applicable, taxes and duties will be calculated at checkout for a smooth delivery process.
We work hard to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed by 13:00 PM (Amsterdam time) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays, but your order will be handled on the next working day.
Once your package is on its way, delivery times will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout. Here are our typical delivery times:
Netherlands:
- Standard delivery: 1–2 working days
European Countries:
- Standard postal shipping (if available): around 6 working days
- Express shipping:1–3 days, depending on your location
Non-European Countries:
- Express shipping only: delivery in 2–5 working days.
During busy periods, like product launches or sales, processing times may take a little longer. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, please be aware that delays caused by carriers are beyond our control.
We proudly ship worldwide to almost any country where FedEx and DHL deliver. To check if we ship to your location, simply enter your address at checkout, and the available shipping options will be displayed.

Product Care
Proper care of your bikini is essential to maintain its appearance and longevity. Following these guidelines will help keep your Bayu swimwear in top condition:
Do's:
Rinse After Use: After each wear, rinse your bikini with fresh cold water to remove salt, chlorine, and other residues.
Hand wash only: Use soapy water at room temperature, and wait until completely dry before storing away.
Dry Properly: Lay your bikini flat in the shade to dry. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can cause colors to fade and damage the material.
Handle with Care: Be cautious around rough surfaces, which can cause pulling or snagging of the fabric.
Don'ts:
Never wash your bikini in a washing machine or dryer: The metal components and high heat can damage the elastic fibers. Instead, gently hand wash in soapy water at room temperature.
No Ironing or Dry-Cleaning: Do not iron or dry-clean your swimwear, as high heat and chemica fabric.
Additional Tips:
- Be Cautious with Products: Fake tanning products and tanning oils may stain or damage your bikini. Ensure these products are fully dry before they come into contact with your swimwear.
- Some sun lotions can leave an oily mark on the fabric - try to avoid direct contact of these product with the fabric, and let them dry on the skin before jumping in the water to avoid the, washing away on your bikini .
Never iron your swimwear.
Do not dry clean your swimwear.
Avoid leaving it in direct sunlight, as this can fade the colors and damage the fabric.
Be careful with rough surfaces, as these can snag the fabric.
Fake tanning products can stain and potentially damage your swimwear. Ensure any tanning products are completely dry before they come into contact with your Bayu swimwear.
Sunscreen lotions and tanning oils may also mark or damage the fabric. Rinse your swimwear immediately after using these products.
Issues with your order
We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Since our processing is fast, we recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible.

URGENT CANCEL ORDER.
This will help our team spot your request quickly. Please note that once your order has been dispatched and is no longer in our office, we are unable to cancel the order.
*Due to technical reasons we are not able to edit orders. If you have ordered the wrong item please contact us as soon as possible to cancel the order, and then you can re-order the correct item.
We’re very sorry to hear that you received the wrong item! To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please follow these steps:

- Include a photo of the wrong item, and if the issue is with the size, make sure the photo clearly shows the size of the item you received.
Once we receive the details, we’ll review the situation and work on finding the best solution for you.

At Bayu The Label, we take great care to ensure that every item you receive is in perfect condition. However, if you notice any issues such as stains, tears, or other defects upon receiving your order, please notify us as soon as possible.
You can inform us about any faults within 72 hours of delivery by following these steps:

- Include a description of the issue in the email.
- Attach a photo of the item clearly showing the fault.
Once we receive your email, our customer service team will review your claim and assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
Please note: Claims made after 72 hours after delivery may not be accepted unless the fault is a result of a manufacturing defect.

If your order has been marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, don’t worry — in our experience, packages are almost always found nearby. We recommend checking with neighbors, building reception, or anyone at home, like family members or roommates, as deliveries are occasionally accepted on your behalf.
Delivery scans can sometimes appear a little early, so if the package hasn’t turned up right away, it’s worth giving it 24 hours. In the rare case that it’s still missing after this time, we suggest reaching out to your local postman for more details. Of course, our team is always here to assist — simply contact us with your order details, and we’ll be happy to help investigate further.
